Pod Hale is 100 sqft. Windows on three sides with a door on one of those sides. One wall is solid. Roof is a pyramid based on the Golden Mean. Space for an optional loft to cover half of the room. Extended 9' porch roof covers a 6' deck 210 sqft area.
Pods can be connected in a row or L shape. Living quarters, kitchen, bath and bedroom, can be built into a house made of three or more.

Pod Hale can be attached to an Octahale for an extra bedroom, office or bath. One Pod separate from a main house is an office, yoga or meditation room, or sleeping quarters.

Designs consider the building site so houses perform in the most challenging climates.

Skylights, cupolas and built in ventilation are encouraged in tropical and humid climates to brighten the interior with natural light and reduce dampness.

Insulation packages are available for buildings in hot and cold climates to meet energy codes, the customer chooses R-Values and insulation options.

Hurricane Strong packages are available to meet building codes in Florida and Caribbean with extra engineered braces in panels for safety margins required.
