Cottage is designed to be a complete house with living area, bedroom, closet and bathroom, with a full kitchen including stove, refrig, counter and sink. The bathroom has room for a vanity, sink, toilet, bathtub and shower.
One end of the cottage has an extended porch roof covering a 8' deck area, 128 sqft.

Hurricane Strong packages are available to meet building codes in Florida and Caribbean with extra engineered braces in panels for safety margins required.
